Dan Boucaut

Dan, in his role as National Security Account Manager at Bridge Point, supports the account managers and Bridge Point Security Practice by providing specialised product,  licensing and solution technical advice to customers.

Dan has extensive experience gained by working for more than a decade in the IT industry in security engineering roles for companies including Check Point and Sun Microsystems.

Dan is able to apply this Security knowledge and experience to complex environments and has proved this on many occasions while working closely with customers.

Dan works with customers in determining their business and technical requirements and has the capability to work with engineers and support staff to develop these requirements into solutions.  

Experience

Before joining Bridge Point Dan was the first Check Point employee in Queensland, in this role he developed the channel and customers to a stage where it required four staff to service. During this time he championed the Check Point User groups (Smart Xchange) and was awarded the Check Point APAC Security engineering title.

Qualifications & Memberships 

• Bachelor of Information Technology – Data Communications
• Bachelor of Applied Science – Mathematics
• CISSP
• CCSE +, Check Point Certified Security Expert Plus
