TransLink selects Bridge Point

Brisbane, Australia, 15 December, 2010 – Bridge Point Communications, a specialist network, compliance and information security company, has been selected to review and test TransLink’s upgraded website infrastructure prior to the launch of its new website.

TransLink’s revised website has new and improved content to help commuters including service updates, go card location search and RSS feeds. Journey Planner is now easier to use with more travel search options and results details.

Matt Longland, TransLink’s Director of Infrastructure and Investment said, “We chose to partner with Bridge Point because of their expertise and vast experience in this area. They have a good understanding of our requirements and are up to date with the latest technology and developments.”

Tim Smith, Director of Bridge Point Communications said, “The increase in web hacking and related phishing attacks has resulted in a correlated increase in the amount of organisations seeking to ensure the security of their websites. Our experienced team and rigorous testing methodology means we are well placed to give customers peace of mind and provide recommendations when required.”
