Overview
This 1-day
course uses the recommendations in Australian Standard HB 221:2004 and the
ANAO Guidelines for Business Continuity Management to present a process for
organisations to implement a program for Business Continuity Management.
The
concepts of Business Continuity Management and are also explained, including
the completion of a business impact analysis and the development of appropriate
plans for the survival of a typical business
Participants are provided with a copy of
all course materials and background materials including useful web
sites and other references.
Target Audience
This course is
recommended for people who are involved in the planning and implementation of BCM or DR plans in their organisations, or who may be expected to take a key role in the event of a disaster.
